I Mainly work in Acrylic and Oil Pastel. My works are often influenced by relationships and insights within myself and the world around me.

I'm very interested in the human eye. In my paintings the expression of the eyes are generally my main focus. It's through those eyes I seek to conjure the feelings my subject matter is depicting.

On my frequent travels to Bali Indonesia in 1998, I was very impressed with Indonesia's cultural use of rich colors. In my work I seek to balance the use of rich colors to create feelings.

Matisse, Gauguin, Picasso, and Salvador Dali are some of the great artist that inspire my work.
